Regular Support 

£32.50 per session
£65.00 billed in advance
every fortnight.

  • Book a package of 9 sessions.

  • Weekly 50min sessions p/month

  • Reduced session fee for session commitment.

  • Ability to take up two weeks holiday if notified in advance

  • Suitable for focused therapeutic goals and solution-focused support.

  • Opportunity to review progress regularly.

Ongoing Support 

£30.00 per session
£60.00 billed in advance

every fortnight.

  • Book a package of 18 sessions.

  • Weekly 50min sessions p/month

  • Our most cost effective therapy option.

  • Reduced session fee for session commitment.

  • Ability to take up two weeks holiday if notified in advance

  • Supports deeper therapeutic exploration and lasting change. 

  • Review progress regularly.

What to Expect

All therapy options include:

 

  • Weekly 50-minute sessions

  • Online or face-to-face appointments (subject to availability)

  • Therapy delivered by near qualified trainee or newly
    qualified therapists

  • All therapists registered with professional counseling body,
    operate under 
    strict ethical frameworks and attend regular
    clinical supervision in accordance with professional body
    standards (BACP, UKCP, NCPS and COSRT)

  • A safe, confidential, and supportive therapeutic space
